EMPIRICAL STUDY ON ECONOMICALLY DEVELOPMENTAL LEVEL OF SPECIALIZED-TOWN AND THE ABILITY OF TECHNICAL INNOVATION IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE
We take Guangdong as the research object, and 1997 ～2004 years data as sample,analyses the relationship between economically developmental level of specialized-town and the ability of technical innovation in Guangdong. And then puts forward some policies and proposes. Simulation results indicate that there are positive correlations between “per capita GDP of specialized-town and “per capita output value of High-tech products in Guangdong, “per capita GDP of specialized-town and “percentage of High-tech products output value to gross industrial output value in Guangdong, “per capita GDP of specialized-town and “number of patent applications examined per 10000 Population in Guangdong, “per capita GDP of specialized-town and “percentage of research and development expenses to GDP in Guangdong, “per capita GDP of specialized-town and “per capita expenditure on scientific and technological activities in Guangdong, “per capita GDP of specialized-town and “number of professional and technologic personnel per 10000 Population in Guangdong.We take Guangdong as the research object, and 1997 ~2004 years data as sample, analyses the relationship between economically developmental level of specialized-town and the ability of technical innovation in Guangdong.
