THE IMPACT OF HIGH-TECH INDUSTRIES ON THE CHINESE MACROECONOMIC
The competition in the world economy is indeed the competition of high technologies. Many world famous economists point out that the investment in high-tech is the most important factor to the development of economy. In this paper, I examine the effect of high-tech industries on the industrial restructuring and the development of the economy. First, I have introduced one equilibrium model, and then I have extended it by introducing newly high-tech industries. The conclusions in this part are the direction to the next part. The second part illustrates the conclusions from the model in two aspects. One is the impact of the high-industries on the industrial structure. The other one is the impacts of industrial restructuring and the high-industries on expanding domestic demand. The whole paper is a system of economic circulates. The conclusion proves the way in which the economy circulates.
