ANALYSIS OF THE BASIC CONCEPTION, CONTENT AND STRUCTURE OF ERM PATTERN
This article puts forward the basic conception of ERM and its significations. We describe the content and analyses the structure of ERM pattern through studying the integrated risk management system, which is composed of a integrated risk system and its management pattern. The risk system is a set of risk subsystems, the management pattern is a set of management subpatterns. The operation of risk system is in the control and support of management pattern. The integrated-control model of the system based on ERM pattern are studied. Finally, we discuss some relative factors to build the enterprise risk management.
