A MODEL OF KNOWLEDGE SUPPLY BASED ON THE BUSINESS PROCESS

The business process is that makes use of the enterprise knowledge to create the enterprise value. Through the analysis of the enterprise knowledge and the business process the conclusion is that the model of knowledge supply based on the business process is brought out. What’s more, the applying of this model to the problem of the quantity improvement of the cold rolled steel in one steel company proved that this model is applicable and reasonable. The model elaborates the relation among the problems, the activities and the enterprise knowledge and provides the basis that the enterprise carries out the knowledge supply for the business process.
