THE RESEARCH ON THE FORECASTING EQUATION SHOWER OF THE FUEL SAVING RATE OF PASSENGER CARS

According to the core of Industrial Engineering (IE) and the power equation in the field of Automobile Operational Principles, the forecasting equation shower (FES) as a initiation has been pioneered of the fuel saving rate (FSR) of passenger cars based on the Lightweight of passenger car (LPC) in this paper. And the transfer function between the Lightweight level of passenger cars (LLPC) and FSR has been set up for the first time in this paper; Therefore, it has been carried out that FSR is forecasted based on LLPC and LLPC is forecasted based on FSR at the same time. LPC is to eliminate the ineffective weight within passenger car and to eliminate a fuel waste together with a additional pollution relative to the ineffective weight. And the forecasting results from FES indicate that if LLPC is 348.81(Kg) in the curb mass of passenger car, then FSR is 9.55% under Euro-1, and then 13.6 (ton. CO2 equi./40*104Km.one car) can be decreased of the greenhouse gas charged by the passenger car under Euro-1. Thus, FES can be regarded as a new method, measure and theory of decision making for the Lightweight project management.
