摘要：

This article researches Foreign Direct Investment to the Chinese automobile industry controlling force influence with the analysis of the foreign capital market control rate, the stockholders rights control rate, the technical control rate as well as the brand control rate target, obtained the conclusion transnational direct investment already safely to pose the enormous threat to the Chinese automobile industry, prompts the government urgent need to appear to be connected the policy to perform to protect.
