RESEARCH ON THE APPRAISAL AND SELECTION PLAN OF PROJECT SUPPLIER AND ITS APPLIED RESEARCH
Based on the analysis of the project supplier appraisal and the selection of correlation theory method to study the current situation and the existing problems, firstly, the project supplier appraisal and selection model is presented; then, on the basis of adopting Delphi method to carry out the circulation investigation and index modification, the comprehensive ability appraisal index system for the project supplier is determined using the correlation degree appraisal method; and then, the staging appraisal and comprehensive appraisal scheme for the project supplier integration ability are designed. Finally, according to the appraisal results of comprehensive ability and the results of bidding price offer, the determined scheme of project suppliers is discussed based on the value engineering principle; and the substantial evidence study is made in combing with the ground engineering project in some certain oil and gas fields.
