THE SUMMARY ON RESEARCHES OF TECHNOLOGY SPILL-OVER EFFECT OF FDI FOR TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS IN CHINA
Technical overflow effect is FDI’s important approach promoting the economic development of host countries. So it is a hotspot to research the technology spill-over effect of FDI for Transnational Corporations in china. There have been many researches in and abroad analyzing deeply on the technology spill-over effect of FDI for Transnational Corporations in china. The empirical results have been summarized through the above work. With the sort of relative methods and conclusions on spill-over effects of civil scholars, the author bring up the shortcomings about the researches, and analyze the hotspots of the research at present as well as the developing aspects in future.
