THE EVOLUTIONARY GAME RESEARCH OF MNC’S TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AND TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSITION
Although more than four hundred FORTUNE 500 companies have already landed on China, yet Multinational Corporations (MNC) made little contributions to technological progress here, which resulted that domestic companies did not grasp core or key techniques, let alone independent capability of creativity. Then, how domestic companies can be able to avail external technological resources from MNC? How is the technological interaction between MNC and domestic companies as well as their mechanism developed? This paper discusses the trend and level of technology transfer (TT) from host countries to recipient countries from a microcosmic aspect with help of the theory of deduction and game playing, and on this basis simulation is made in order to explain the rules and characteristics of TT of MNC.
