RESEARCH ON TECHNOLOGY SPILLOVER OF FDI AFFECTING INNOVATIVE CAPACITY OF ENTERPRISES

摘要：

Foreign direct investment (FDI) as multinational companies operating resources sum, became the major carriers of technology transfer and diffusion from the developed countries to developing countries. FDI had spillover to Chinese enterprises through demonstrative effects, competitive effects, and the relative effects and training effect. According to research on three factors: technology spillover of FDI, enterprises absorptive capacity and innovative capacity, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was constructed and questionnaire was designed ，then dates were analyzed by using software spss13.0 and Amos4.0, result showed the internal mechanism of action how technology spillover of FDI affected innovation of enterprises.
