THE RESEARCH OF THE SYSTEMIC METHODS OF TECHNOLOGY EXPORT CONTROL AIMING AT CHINA BY DEVELOPED COUNTRIES
The technology export control aiming at China by developed countries has affected the rapid and free development of China’s economy and technology seriously. However, the systemic research of export control aiming at China is scarce. The paper researched systemically the system and characteristic of technology export control; the problems and countermeasures of macroscopical policies in China. At last, the paper researched deeply the methods about Export Control Aiming at China by Developed Countries based on the theory of the technological monitoring, such as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and game theory, etc. The research of the paper is of great benefit to the free development of China and the other developing countries’ economy and technology seriously.
