STUDY ON REGIONAL TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION ENVIRONMENT OF NORTHEAST OLD INDUSTRY AND ITS INFLUENCES ON REGIONAL INNOVATION PERFORMANCE

摘要：

Analyzed Northeast old industry innovation environment quantitatively, and selected seven innovation environment indexes and two innovation performance indexes, founding regression equations, econometrics model analyzing shows to and its influence on innovation performance ；through regression equation, showed advantageous total recourses and basic environment improving innovation performance, and disadvantageous in culture and market environment building and human and financial resources for innovation unreasonably distributes, constraining innovation performance in Northeast old industry.
