STUDY OF THE ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT BASED ON THE SYSTEM DYNAMICS
Enterprise performance improvement is a complex process. Based on the graphic analysis of the affecting factors, correlations among them and the improvement process, the System Dynamics (SD) model of performance improvement was proposed with the help of Vensim software, which was simulated by using the data from a textile company to get the ten year’s dynamic relationship between performance and the factors. The key factors testified in the simulation are the fixed assets investment and market condition which produce the significant impact on the performance improvement, while it is worse to invest excessive money in management, R&D, HR and informationization. It is proved that SD simulation is a valid method to find out and improve the positive factors of performance.
