RESEARCH ON TRANSFORMATION COMPOSITE EVALUATION FROM CIVIL HITECH INTO MILITARY APPLICATION BASED ON MULTIPLE CRITERION DECISIONMAKING

摘要：

The article is involved in concerned valuation index system and methods from civil hi-tech to military application. Three levels index system has established, which included common Performance between civil and military, potential ability before transferred to military purposes, benefit in case transferred, risks when been transferring and Industry foreground. Practicing methods are come out which are Synthesis Evaluation, Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation, Multi-objective Group Decision-making Methods.
