THE APPLICATION OF INFORMATION EXTRACTION IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMMING AND PRECAUTION

摘要：

The environment programming and precaution are the key problems in current environment sustainable development. We have done analysis according to the characteristic of the environment data, and have brought Information Extraction Technology into the earlywarning system by researching on the Information Extraction Technology. This paper has outlined the service system for environment programming and early-warning, and has constructed the model of the service system for environment programming and early-warning by doing information extraction and monitoring. Besides that, it introduced the technical frame of the model.
