OPTIMUM SELECTION ON THE MODE OF PUMPED STORAGE POWER STATIONS WITH FUZZY PATTERN RECOGNITION
After the implementation of separating power plants from power grid and generation bidding to power grid, the traditional operating modes above are not fit to the demands of management and administration of pumped storage stations. The mode of capacity distribution based on quota system, which is a new mode of management based on static benefit of pumped storage power stations and fixing a price in dynamic benefit, guarantees the developing independently management of pumped storage power stations in the market economy. Combining with the index system, then making a comprehensive evaluation of pumped storage power stations in the economic benefit, social benefit and etc by fuzzy pattern recognition, and it proves that this established management mode is reasonable in economics according to theory and fit for national correlative policy, property of pumped storage power stations and economic laws based on the principal of equity, justness and public. Then getting a conclusion that the mode of capacity distribution based on quota system is feasible and available, and meet the benefit of all aspects, and it is valuable to spread it widely.
