THE FUSSY EVALUATION MODEL OF ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE IN GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN

摘要：

Green supply chain is one of the trends of social development and performance evaluation is the key to implementing it. The paper designed green performance evaluation system which was composed of four main factors such as waste emissions and exposure hazard, resource utilization, product recovery and environmental reputation. Then the authors evaluated the system with fussy comprehensive evaluation model and an example was given to show the judgment process for supplying decision-making gist in the process of transforming from traditional supply chain to green supply chain in the companies.
