A System of the Integrated Risk Administration for Marine Environmental Disasters Based on 3S

摘要：

In response to the present administrative conditions of marine environmental disasters risk in our country, the administrative decision system of marine environmental disasters emergency and rescue is set up based on integrated 3S (GIS, RS and GPS). It may accomplish such functions as conducting real-time dynamic monitoring of the information about disasters, implementing accurate orientation and comprehensive analysis on the space-time distribution of the disaster sites, and making administrative decisions for disasters emergency and rescue. Furthermore, it combines other governmental departments to promote information sharing and makes appropriate decision preplans of disasters emergency and rescue.
