Framework Structure and Fuzzy Processing of Nuclear Emergency Decision-Making Evaluation System
This paper discusses the construction of ESY, a combination of Read-time on line decision-making support system (RODOS) which was developed by the European Community as the basis with such software as decision-making analysis, fuzzy mathematics, etc. This paper also discusses the information structure of ESY expressed in united data model and the application of Fuzzy Decision Making theory in the nuclear emergency decision making. It also discusses how to solve decision making problems of the uncertainties of efficiency in early nuclear emergency decision with Fuzzy Decision Making theory/methods and to find Membership Function. The procedure of the method is described and an illustrative example is presented.
