Study on Risk Level and Utility in Multi-objective Decision-making about the Risk

摘要：

During making the multi-objective decision about the risk, the risk level of different decision-maker is different, and this kind of risk level decides psychological factor of decision-maker. The key point of research on risk level is how the policymaker deals with the relationship of the total objective, the risk and individual psychological factors. Thereinto, the definition of utility is extremely essential. At the same time, the integration of decision-making theory, cardinal utility theory, expected utility theory and so on has been carded on the deep level discussion to humans non-rational behavior, and also been provided with the basis for the establishment of the multi objective decision-making method.
