An Integrated Evaluation Approach to Technological Innovation Risk Management
Faced with intense market competition, enterprises need to pay increasing attention to technological innovation. However, technological innovation is a kind of highly risky exploration. Once the technological innovation fails, enterprises will suffer enormously. For this reason, the aim of this study is then to determine the most important risk factors in technological innovation under uncertainty. By focusing on the information and communication technology sector in general and software development in specifically, this paper examines the software development project risks in an analytical context. More precisely, this study proposed a multi criteria decision-making approach based on the Choquet integral for identifying the most important risk factors. Finally, an application in Turkish industry is illustrated.
