Multi-Index Risk Assessment Based on Extenics and BP Neural Network
Based on Extenics and Neural Network, a new qualitative and quantitative evaluation technique has been put forward. The process obtains the index weight with the Neural Network and computes the incidence degree and adopts the Optimal Degree evaluation approach by Extenics. The method can get more exact and objective results than others. Finally, a demonstration is applied to illustrate and validate advantages of the method which comprehensively shows the result of risk assessment. The result indicates that this method, simple and clear, is not only easier to be implemented on computer but also makes up the other methods disadvantages of lacking of objectivity and dynamic nature. The approach is flexible and can be extended into other fields.
