The Application of Swarm Intelligence in Crisis Management System

摘要：

With the rapid development of the society and economy, unstable factors emerge quickly. In order to keep the stability of the society, the government should make a rapid reaction to any crisis which arises suddenly and reduce the loss to the lowest. The crisis management needs to build up a reasonable and effective early-warning system. This paper introduces swarm intelligence method briefly and imports it into this system, and analyzes the reasonable application of this method in theory.
