Study on Safety Consciousness and Its Evaluation Index System

摘要：

There are two direct causes of accidents: one is peoples unsafe behaviors; the other is the unsafe states of objects. The former is principal reason. However, whether a persons action is safe or not is closely related to his or her safety consciousness. Basing on relevant data and documents, this article studies the meaning and structure of safety consciousness, and puts forward a widely used evaluation index system, which provides effective basis for the evaluation of safety consciousness.
