Technological Framework Design of the Urban Emergency Command System

摘要：

How to utilize the limited resources efficiently to enhance the governments quick reaction and anti-risk ability for the emergency, and provide the urgent rescue service for the public is a difficult problem urgently needs to be solved at present. An urban emergency command system is needed to deal with the disasters or the criminal cases which arise suddenly, and to enhance the whole cooperation between the various departments of government. On the basis of proposing the design principle and steps of the urban emergency system, we designed the system integration model, overall structure system and function organization.
