A Multilayer Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model of Fire Safety for Petrochemical Enterprise

Fire safety assessment is an important method to measure the fire risk for petrochemical enterprise (PE). The fire safety index system for PE has been established based on the Fire Prevention Code for Petroleum-chemical Enterprises Design and experts investigation. The weights of indices and sub-indices are drawn through Analytic Hierarchy Process and Dows fire and explosion index. According to the assessment indices for PE, the multilayer fuzzy synthetic evaluation model has been established and it can be used to assess the fire safety with multi-factors and uncertainty. This approach is to provide a new evaluation method for fire safety in PE.
