Evaluation of Aberrant Methylation Gene Forecasting Tumor Risk Value in Attribute Theory

摘要：

We try to evaluate and forecast tumor risk using aberrant methylation gene as index in this paper. We use Attribute Theory to build a database with the index of fifty aberrant methylation genes that relate to tumor, make program to apply on computer and obtain the result of tumor risk evaluation and forecast. The program can adjust the weight according to the qualitative criteria of different tumor experts, which are different iatrical modes and different clinical experience cognition. So it can quantificationally reflect the degree of different qualitative criteria affecting the result of the risk rank. This work cut a new way of software system evaluation and forecast for tumor risk.
