A New Approach of Accelerating the Iterative Rapidity of Convergence in Reliability-based Optimum Design
In this paper, the basic methods of optimum design are introduced, and then the mathematical model of the. structural optimum design based on systematic reliability is put forward. Methods of optimization criterion previously used to solve this mathematical model are introduced and improved. The good effect accelerating the iterative rapidity of convergence is illustrated by solving a case of seven-bar truss. The improvement effect will be more obvious in the case of the structure having more failure models.
