Logistics Insurance Decision
In order to solve the problem of logistics insurance decision, this paper adopts Exponential-type utility model to identify the insurance economy area of risk and brings forward different risk evading strategy according to the degree of risk. The study shows that 3PLs insurance economy area is narrower than that of logistics outsourcing enterprise when confronted with the same risk, because their insurance base point is different.
