One Decision Method about Venture Capital in Emerging Technology Firm
The financing problem of the emerging technology firm is one difficulty of emerging technologies development; these firms always turn to venture capitals help. But its not feasible to have venture capitalists who finance in the first stage to possess the information from emerging technology firm. This paper, which based on Bayesian method, built staged investment decision model. Applying this model, venture capitalist can make investment decisions by watching the signal, which is shown by the emerging technology. At last, an example is given to show the venture capitalists decision process.
