Study on the Risk Identification Method of Project Based on Press-State-Response The Application in An Oil and Gas Pipeline Project

摘要：

Scientific risk identification is the basis of the project risk analysis. In order to identify the risk in the building process of a project systematically, comprehensively and clearly, the production mechanism of risk was analyzed. Then the method of project risk identification based on Press-State-Response was brought forward. The description of the risk ascertaining was improved. And the risk identification table based on the Press-State-Response was designed. This method was proved to be effective and feasible through the simply application in an oil and gas pipeline project.
