Seismic Disaster Information Emergency Command System

摘要：

Not only forecasting results but also the real-time seismic disaster information is important for the seismic emergency command. Accordingly this paper aims at the establishment of seismic disaster information emergency command system (SDIECS), which accomplishes functions of collection of real time disaster information, disaster situation analysis, automatic creation of the disaster distribution digital maps, and the corresponding emergency command digital maps. The SDIECS, which contains main attributes of disasters, position distribution, the rescuing situation, the rescuing requirements and the rescuing resource distribution, enables the commanders to have a clear understanding of the comprehensive and detailed disaster situation for further decision.
