An Intelligent System for Fast Evaluation of Flood Disaster
The result of disaster evaluation is not only the basis for decision-making to control flood but also the important guideline to judge flood control effect. In this paper, an intelligent disaster evaluation system is designed. The system includes flood circs simulation, loss computation, and disaster evaluation modules. Then, three intelligent algorithms, that is, gray relational analysis, BP neural network, IGA-based RBF neural network, are proposed and applied to disaster evaluation. Simulation results show that IGA-based RBF and gray relational analysis have high precision and excellent performance, so it is feasible to use them in practical applications.
