Risk Analysis on the Safety of Ports Based on ISM

摘要：

This paper presents the risk analysis on the safety of ports based on Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), based on the current situation of the ports. The sixteen affecting factors has been classified into seven levels. The relationship of these factors has been analyzed in detail and with suggestions.
