The Applications of Simulated Model Based on Extend in Port Programming System

摘要：

In developing the port programming system, we used to support the berth designing by using Delphi as development platform, calling a software named Extend to simulate the ships arriving and leaving process. So, the primary research we discuss in this paper is how to call Extend in Delphi with ActiveX.
