Fuzzy Approximation Network Perturbation Systems and Its Application to Risk Analysis in Transportation Capacity

By embedding the fuzzy neural networks, we construct a fuzzy approximation network perturbation system based on the human knowledge. A survey of the principle of this system is presented including the architectures and hybrid learning rules. In order to enhance the traffic productivity, using Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of MATLAB, we establish a prediction model and apply it to risk analysis in transportation capacity. In terms of the simulation result, the model is quite good and decreases risk in transportation capacity.
