Risk Evaluation of Fairway Traffic Environment Using Uncertainty AHP
Presented and discussed in this paper is the application of uncertainty AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) in risk evaluation of fairway traffic environment in which the evaluation factors are inherently complicated, fuzzy and uncertain. Interval number rather than a specific value is introduced to judge the weightiness between two factors. Interval judgment matrix is constructed and probability distribution method is utilized to investigate the ordering of chief combination weight of target layer based on factors of the lowest layer. The method showed practicability by good results which reflect the actual condition of fairway traffic.
