A Model for Predicting the Spreading of Malicious Codes

摘要：

A mathematical model has been established concerning the spreading of malicious codes. This model is capable of forecasting the state of the spreading at any point of time using some practically available data. It adopts a precise way of expressing that is quantifiable, and hence provides better access to the basic laws of the spreading. Moreover, not referring to the specific characteristics of a certain kind of code, the model embraces generality and has wide applications. Thus, it is important practically as well as theoretically.
