Risk Analysis on Sub-networks of Internet
With the development of the modern information technology, Information society brought about gigantic facilitation to us. When our society benefited greatly from it, we also have to realize the risk of our increasing dependence on communication technology. We are always saying that internet gives us a virtual society, but what the virtual society is based on are computers, thousands kilometers of communication cables, and all kinds of communication apparatus. Especially for the communication cables, many of them are submarine cables. That means risk like natural disaster in the natural world is also the risk of information society. Therefore we should pay attention to the new risk of our information society brought by ourselves.
