Definition and Analysis of Social Engineering Problem
Social engineering is the activity on design and implementation of social development models. The basic task is to promote social development by building new models of social relations and structures. Social problem is different from social engineering problem, which is the problem arising social engineering problem, is the start of social engineering activity. However, the essential of social engineering lies in the relationship between social relations macro-model and social operation system, which focus on basic policy problem. The structure characters of policy problem are composed by subjuct structure, element structure and object structure of policy and their dialectic relations, and the real social engineering problem refers to the problems in policy element structure.
