Constructing Harmonious Society Calls for Social Engineering Research

摘要：

Constructing socialism harmonious society is a social systemic engineering, which needs to strengthen social engineering research. From macroscopical lay, it mostly resolves methodology issue which refers to basic knowledge theory of human social science, it is the knowledge transformed engineering. From median lay, it mostly manages engineering and decision making thought to put up system layout and policy design, and it settles, social development pattern which is restricted by multi-disciplinarian and multi condition. From microcosmical lay, it mostly exerts countermeasure means to advance innovative project and mode which faces social conflicts and problems.
