Perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development from Viewpoint of Social Engineering Philosophy

摘要：

Engineering is a historical category, and it shall be gradually extended from natural domain to social domain. The engineering pertaining to natural domain is natural engineering; the engineering pertaining to social domain is social engineering. In the great practice of people to transform the world, social engineering and natural engineering are equally important. It has significant meaning and effect for our ascertaining scientific outlook on development in an all-round way nowadays to deeply understand social engineering.
