Internet as Social Engineering-from the Perspective of the Social Attribute of Internet Technology

摘要：

From the viewpoints of modern Hermeneutics and sociology of technology, Internet has the attribute as multiple functional tools of rational spirit rather than as the high technology and the alternative space in Heterotopia or the medium in the matter system. Internet is a social engineering that is full of subjectivity, systematicity, complexity and interactive logical spirit. Because of the tension between its actual existence and virtuality, the understanding of it needs the imaginative power of social science.
