Applications of Metamanagement in Virtual Organization

摘要：

The emergence of virtual organization brings new cognition and innovation to the essence and the depth of management. And metamanagement is one of the most important concepts in VO. With its emergence, some concepts, such as group cooperation, organization elasticity, risk participation and confidence, are accepted widely. And in the metamanagement theory, IT technology is successfully applied in managing corporation, and made great improvement in organization efficiency. Therefore, metamanagement will play a more important role in the innovation of work division and flow of virtual organization.
