Talking about Total Innovation Management of Enterprise under Knowledge Economy Condition

摘要：

Under knowledge economy condition, with the diversification and individuation of customers demands, enterprises are faced with more and more intense competition of the market. It forces enterprises to innovate continuously to exist and develop. Total innovation management is a new innovation management mode which has been developed and perfected gradually in the last few years. It combines the main factors of technique and non- technique, and it is also a new trend of enterprise management. This paper mainly analyzed the content, the characteristics and the background of total innovation management. At last, it analyzed the active meaning of total innovation management of enterprise by an actual case.
