Study on Evaluation Indicators of Technological Innovation Capability in Enterprises
Technological innovation is usually defined as the invention, development, and introduction into the marketplace of new products, processes, or services that embody new technology. Technological innovation capabilities have always been a fundamental component of economic growth and welfare. Enterprises are the principal part during the process of technological innovation. How to evaluate the technological innovation capability in enterprises well and truly concerns the further development of the enterprises. This paper presents a system for the evaluation of technological innovation capabilities in enterprises, with two indexes. One is positive and the other is negative. The positive index includes nineteen indicators from present ability, potential, and environment of technological innovation to analyze and evaluate capability of technological innovation in enterprises. The negative index includes three indicators from failure of projects, the loss of talented people and destruction of environment.
