Study on the Risk of Venture Capital Organization Form

摘要：

An effective venture capital system has far-reaching importance in adjusting industrial structure and cultivating new economic growth points. Different venture capital forms have different risks and they have close relationship with the domestic environment. Based on the analysis of venture capital forms, this paper analyzes Chinas current situation, existing problems and working direction of Chinas venture capital industry, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions.
