Analysis on Team Effectiveness: A Transactive Memory System Perspective

摘要：

In the recent decades, it has become more and more popular for organizations to adopt team structure to improve flexibility and creativity. Many theoretical and empirical researches related to teams have been done by the western scholars. Although Chinese scholars have done some researches on team effectiveness, few of them have mentioned the transactive memory system. This paper introduces TMS theory and proposes a model on team effectiveness based on it.
