Democratic Control of Technology: from Theory to Practice

摘要：

The control of technology has been an urgent issue nowadays. On the basis of examining the technological crisis and the dilemma of the control of technology, the paper analyzes the arisen background of the thought of the democratic of technology at contemporary era in the west. And the paper also concretely explores the practice of democratic control of technology in Denmark and USA as well as analyzes the experience of the concrete practice.
