Nanoparticle-Assisted Polymerase Chain Reaction

摘要：

We found that the gold nanoparticles can affect the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with several aspects, including enhancing efficiency and amplification yield, shortening reaction time, lowering the melting temperature and denaturation temperature of amplicons.
